Stayed here for a week on business. I've stayed in Roissy before at the Millennium Hotel across the road, which was terrible. The Best Western if far better. Stayed there with 2 kids overnight before our flight. A free shuttle runs to the airport about every 30 mins. Free Internet. Very nice bathroom. The restaurant was too pricy for us ($17 for a burger) so I walked to a grocery store about 5 blocks away. Breakfast is not included.

Located 10 min from the airport. There is a free shuttle running, but could be more often (seems like others are running more often). Average rooms, free internet. Good service and nice restaurant and bar.

I pulled the covers up and found two small dead bugs of some sort, about the size of a flea, bed bugs? fleas? I don't know. Located in Roissy, this hotel offers a complementary airport shuttle,running every 30min approx. The breakfast is quite okay. The bar offers nice drinks, cocktail and good variety of international Whiskeys!

The hotel itself is fine. The bed and bathroom were nice, the room had a safe and also a nice tea service. What I wasn't impressed with was the shuttle service. We had to wait up to 45 minutes for the shuttle. That made us a bit concerned getting to the airport for our flight, but we had left plenty... More

Room never got warm. Free wifi never worked and breakfast was ok. I called before my arrival to ensure they had my rewards number which would maybe gets an upgrade but alas when I checked in there were no upgrades available but I was told maybe next time???
