The hotel is well placed just outside the city on the orange line 5 on the metro, get off at Hoche, about 6 stops from Garre du Nord, don't do what I did and get a taxi, the driver fed me some bull about the hotel being really far and was a fixed price of 75 euros as over half... More

I stayed here for 4 nights on business and had a lovely experience. The room was large, clean, with a huge window looking toward La Vilette - however you need to be on a high floor to see over the trees. It was equipped with wardrobe, trouser press, TV, fridge, kettle, hairdryer, soap, free WiFi and phone. The bathroom was... More

As is the story of my life, we arrived very early - 8am on Friday morning, to be precise. I had already enquired before we arrived about paying for an early check-in but was advised by a very nice woman on the phone that although they didn't do early check-ins, if there was a room available, then they would do... 171 euros for a small room in this part of Paris is beyond normal pricing. This hotel is more looking like a tourist industrial last chance hotel... First I got a room key which did not work. Then I understood why the first room key did not work... There was already somebody in the room. At the third attempt, I... More

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights because I went to concerts in the zenith arena, it's very close to the arena. Also the metro is very close to this hotel. Like many people say this hotel is located in a very rough site of the city. The lobby is very modern and very nice but the rooms aren't... More

This is a rather average and overpriced hotel. When we arrived we had a 10 mins wait to check in while staff chatted in an office. I had to ask for the complementary drinks token, and then only got one. Even though it was a renovated room there was a Tabacco smell in non smoking room. We were given a... More

Stayed for a couple nights in this hotel with colleagues when in Paris for business. Hotel room was fine, not big (normal Paris standard) but clean. Was not impressed by the service. My colleague requested a taxi at the reception not knowing that there were some waiting in front of the hotel. When joining her at the reception I asked... More

Sorry, but the primary purpose of a hotel is to allow me to sleep. At this outrageous price (eur190) I would expect that There would be at least some basic soundproofing. No, this concrete monstrosity means you hear every door, step, chair etc from all floors at all hours. Then there is the abysmal heating and aircon. Forget it -... More
