I was searching for a good value for money 3 star hotel in Paris for a 1 night stay and this hotel provided the perfect option. While nothing to write home about, the room was extremely clean and very quiet, the hotel was easy to get to (2 minutes from the Peripherique) and very close to a metro station. The... more

The location is quite terrible with no restaurants open late in the area. We tried to get some dinner at 10:30 pm but wee forced to go to the only open restaurant within walking distance, a very below average Chinese restaurant. The rooms were small, parking wasn't free, breakfast was over-priced & rubbish. Quite a dodgy area with some not... more

They owe me money. They double billed for internet and phone and will not refund nor will they respond to emails. The reason for the double billing is that my friend checked out before me and paid the bill. A couple of hours later, I checked out of our room and they charged me for the bill. I didn't know... more

We picked this hotel because the Rugby World Cup was this week and the hotels in Paris were full and the price's were terrible. We are glad because we stayed in Arr 19 for the first time. The hotel was average the rooms are ok in size but the furniture & carpet is tattered. Accor just bought this hotel and... more

Clean bathrooms, and ok beds, but VERY stained carpets, with peeling paint, holes in the head-board, ricketty windows. Not up to 3* standard in my books. Bar/restaurant were closed. The breakfast was good. Location ok (close to the metro), but not as "garden-esque" as may be inferred on the hotel website. In a "residential" area, but on a very busy... more

Parking here is not free. The staff at check in were great. We asked for a cot for a 4 month old and they gave us a bed. Good job we brought our own travel cot. Car park will not take cars over 1.9m. Restaurant is pricey. But Mc donalds is 10 min walk and lots of good Chinese restaurants.... more

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 3 nights. The hotel is in a suburban setting about 25-30 min metro trip from Champs eleysees.....its not as close as other reviews have stated. The rooms were a decent size, en suite, sat tv and have a modern look. The area the hotel is located is the type of area i would... more

I visited this hotel for a business trip. I stayed there for only one night. The hotel is very close to the metro station, so I would say that the location is nice for easy access to the center. The hotel room was old, not as presented on the website of the hotel. The bathroom was also fairly small and... more

I stayed here in August with my younger sister and daughter. The staff were lovely and spoke to us in English despite us attempting our school French! We were able to check in at 10.30 as we were early and I found the staff more helpful than in a four start hotel i stayed in on my last visit. The... more

Nice hotel, close to metro for sightseeing. Clean and good value for money. Very good breakfast, but very disappointed with the fact that the hotel restaurant was closed throughout August! and it wasn't well positioned for other restaurants on foot. more
