Tired hotel with shabby bedroom and old bathroom. Steps outside to access hotel and no lift inside. Phoned to ensure ground floor room but on arrival none available. No air-conditioning and next to motorway so choice of noise or heat all night. Bath has shower attachment but no hook to hold shower spray for proper shower. Parking is idiotic, find...
