you can stay in this hotel located in Paris industrial area. Rooms are not so clean, ordinary maintenance is unknown and common areas are smelly. The guys @ the reception are very nice and polite, breakfast is ok. If you plan to stay longer than one night, look for another place! This hotel is cheap, but not worth anyway.

Very basic standard (I mean they provide the bed to sleep...). Breakfast is ok - that's why I rate this hotel as Poor not Terrible...The rooms stink, all is old and rather in poor condition. I was for the week , they do not change bed linen...It's not safe here. When they clean the rooms they open all doors and... More

Stayed 2-nights for a local wedding and found NO faults. Clean, good breakfast, hot water, fast WIFI, pleasant staff, and good value with the inexpensive Weekend rates... but you better have a GPS with the address plugged in to find it...

Rooms are big enough but not in a perfect condition. Staff is friendly but not every body speaks a different language Breakfast is ok but the coffee did not taste at all. The walls are very tin. Wifi is for free, hotel is difficult to reach with public traffic

Just didn't like it. Hotel is run down and even 55 euro seems a lot of money for this room. Our room was warm and no way to cool down with window that can only open in full and not tilt. Next door sushi restaurant is surprisingly nice - you would not have guessed from outside. Music from party at... More

I stayed here for 2 nights during a business travel. I chose this hotel, as it was cheaper and rated better on some websites than the nearby Mercure. Let's start with what was not so good. The room looks very dated and there are stains in the carpet and bathroom. You could hear every whisper on the corridor and the... More

This hotel makes an excellent stop over point on the way from the Channel ports to Southern France. We always prefer to get round Paris before stopping and this Kyriad is in exactly the right spot for us. Access is easy (we missed the very narrow road but went through the petrol station) and we found the hotel without any... More
