Staff was helpful with minor maint, providing coffee and directions. Spoke English well and were friendly. Room was clean. Hotel was not far from tube but far from downtown-a 30min ride to town.

Dinner was average, french fries were well done, could be better .Bad room isolation, thereby, somewhat restless sleep. Service at reception was really helpfull. Room was basic but ok. As it was not far from the exhibition the location was perfect.

Staff at this hotel seemed incapable of understanding that tourists have tours to catch. Staff was not able to assist with communicating with clientele over matters such as taxi and shuttle service.
