Excellent value for the money. The rooms are nice and clean but small, bathroom was quite nice but could be cleaner. Breakfast at 8€ is decent, some 4 types of good hams, lots of pastries, jams, fruit, cheese, yoghurt, coffee/tea. Stayed at Kyriad La Defense Hotel for 2 nights from Friday to Sunday and payed 124€ (excl. BF), what's a pretty reasonable price for a 3***-hotel in Paris. Rooms are not large, but ok.
