We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The service was friendly and helpful right from the start. The rooms were spacious and well set out. The location is right on the river and within walking distance of numerous local shops and restaurants. All in all it was a very comfortable stay from all aspects.

Very spacious hotel room (2 bedrooms and a living room). Nice location (close to city centre and the river). Breakfast really enjoyable, fresh orange juice and very good croissants. Beds of good quality, bathroom a bit small for such a big room, but functional. Good on the route to north (50 km north of Paris).

Stayed two nights here in April. While the staff were friendly and the breakfast OK, I really don't think it was a four star hotel!! Our room was painted in brown and purple and we got to it along an incredibly dark corridor. The bathroom was tiny and slightly grotty. The breakfast room was also decorated in dark paint and... We stayed six nights and had breakfast everyday. The hotel is much nicer than its exterior suggests. Our room was very large, more a junior suite than a double room. It was also dark and quiet when we wanted to sleep. This may be because the room was at the back of the hotel although the road never seemed very... More

I arrived late and left early so I can't comment in great detail, but my room was clean and comfortable, the check-in lady extremely friendly, and the breakfast buffet varied and filing (by French standards). The hotel is well located on the river front. There's not much of a lobby. Decor isn't the most up to date but who cares.

The booking in process was pleasant and polite. The rooms were clean and presentable, it was spacious, quiet and had everything we needed. There was no issues, although the english channels on the TV didn't work, we were too tired to ask about it and ended up watching a film in French instead. The breakfast was nice. The car park... Used this as a 2 night stay at the end of a Tour of France. Chose Compiegne by looking at the map and reading tripadvisor, choose the Hotel the same way. Family suite was great value and spacious, living room, and corridor off which there is a twin and a double room (adjacent) and a bathroom and wardrobes. Free wifi,... More

We stayed in the 6 person suite which was massive, 3 bedrooms upstairs and a lounge and kitchen as you enter the suite. Tired decoration but loads of space, British TV didn't work and there's only one toilet upstairs but I'd recommend the hotel. Only a short walk to the main town which is very pretty with lots of restaurants.... More
