We stayed here recently as part of a tour group, and added on an extra night at the end. The staff are wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The room was ok. Bedroom and ensuite standard size, ensuite has patches of paint missing from the wall. Bedroom has mix of carpet plus lino, and the Lino is very slippery, even with... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your impressions. You were satisfied with the staff and I really appreciate. I notice the problem with the lino. You compare a 3 stars Ibis Hotel with au 4 stars Mercure Hotel only regarding the price, I can understand. Our hotel is not so far from the Metro Station (600m) but enough far to... More

On an official trip..booked into an ApartHotel... Room: Small, with a tiny kitchenette but functional. Hotel: facilities include gym [a seriously small one], a bar and bistro, no room service and breakfast counter. Includes: breakfast and high speed internet [yes good speed]. Cleaning: very basic cleaning done .. Close to shopping and main places..

Visiting family locally the Mecure was ideally situated. It was " fine". The rooms adequate size , clean and checking in/out easy . Bar service was slow as was the breakfast staff, one waitress was extremely stroppy but the food was ok. All in all it suited our needs nothing more and nothing less.

Have stayed at this hotel three times over the last 12 months, latest trip was in May 2014 for a training course held within the hotel. Expensive stay at approx. 250 euros per night, I assume driven by the tennis tournament at Roland Garros. However was amusing to take breakfast with various young tennis players and broadcasters who were staying... More

The pictures are awfully misleading. It looks very nice, but it simply isn't. And it's not that cheap. May be ok for business, not for leasure. We visited Paris for a weekend for my girlfriend's 30th birthday. We wished to have stayed somewhere else. Location: it's on the outskirts of Paris in Boulogne. Note it is not Paris for the... More

Stayed here for 2 nights for a work trip completely slightly-above-average in all aspects. I really wish I had something cooler to say, like there was a horse in the bathroom, or they baked me a cake for no reason, but no. No complaints, but nothing special.

Despite some of the poor reviews I found this hotel to be fine. The room was clean and the storage space of a good size for a 3 night stay. The staff seemed efficient, and a few words of French made them helpful. We thought that the breakfast buffet had a good range of foods - it does get busy... More

I'm coming in Boulogne for business very often and was used to stay there. It is consistent, rooms are clean and quiet if you are on the back. During my last stay however, there was a unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet is now full self service which is better as staff is always overloaded between 7 and... More
