Boulogne is a nice area just off Paris but better stay away from this hotel. Its noisy, dirty, a bit stinky, walk up no elevator, etc. Please take note that room rates are cheap...you are definitely getting what you pay for. Front desk a bit useless. If i have a choice and the budget, i'll definitely stay away from this... More
