It would be a fine budget place, except that the detergent they use to wash their linens is very strong & smells bad; the pillows were lumpy. Breakfast seemed really expensive at 10-12 Euros per lodger.

We choose this hotel for the setting. We telephoned to see if they had any rooms suitable for a wheechair user. We were told that the lift might be a problem but otherwise they had a room available. We explained that the wheelchair user must be able to have acess to the toilet and bathroom. We were told no problems.... More

Oh dear... this hotel is not for the faint hearted. The building is very run down with gaping holes in the foyer ceiling, rickety, creaking floorboards and soft furnishings well past their best. Shabby chic it is not. We had 2 double rooms booked for an overnight stop and admittedly the exterior and approach looked very promising, lovely gateway and... More
