Old fashioned traditional French hotel, centrally situated in the town. Smallish rooms, but clean, and there was a fan (very welcome in the 30 degrees heat!). Welcoming staff. Buffet breakfast. Huge staircase, which sloped so much you felt you were on board ship!! Free private parking round the back. No restaurant, but a very good one next door.

Great place, great homebaked pastries and friendly staff. We recommend the restaurant next door (Little P's) which was classic french food with a modern twist. The town is perfect for a weekend or 1 day stop over and, of course, tasting Champagne!!!
