As we checked out we thought: "caveat emptor" - let the buyer beware, (and perhaps also: "don't believe everything you read on Trip Advisor"). Yes, the Fosse (natural spring, located right in front) itself is amazing, (but look up and you'll see that a third of the surrounding houses have been derelict for years). I'd go to a lot of trouble to go back to La Ferme, and in fact to Tonnerre in general. First it has the most extraordinary location.
