We stayed here prior to catching a river boat cruise. We are so glad we came a couple of days early. The hotel is very close to the train station and also just a 10 minute walk to downtown. The room was very nice and quiet and bed was comfortable. All of the ladies at the front desk were friendly... More

...but do yourself a favor, unless you're the type to turn in early anyway, avoid this BORING city. I swear, they close everything at 10 at night. And you won't even get a beer at the hotel bar at 10:45 pm, because it's just that kind of place. I'll leave tomorrow around 8 am, because I'll be well rested, because... More

The great location a short stroll from the centre of the town and on site secure parking with exceptionally helpful staff makes this excellent hotel a great stop over on the way south. The large comfortable bedrooms are spotless, modern, and well appointed.

We stayed as a stopover on our way to Spain, great hotel and very friendly and modern interior. The room was very nice with a huge wetroom shower, the only negative was lack of tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast was lovely, the restaurant looked good too but we wandered into the city to explore instead. All in... More

You can walk across the street from the train station to the hotel, very convenient. Lovely and clean, and very modern decorations in an old building. Breakfast was a feast, and staff were super friendly.

A very good option for a short stay or stop-over: our room was spacious, nicely furnished, with a lovely bathroom including robes and slippers. Our room had air con and a view across to the town square, which was quiet. The meal we had in the restaurant was fair, service was good. Useful car park to the rear of the... More

We stayed here two nights on our way to Beaune with a last minute booking as we changed our plans, and received a nice big suite overlooking the square in front of the hotel. Although we were across from the train station, it was quiet and comfortable, with air conditioning, safe, walk in closet, separate bathroom and wc, water bottles... More

We stayed at this nice hotel after reading trip advisor and wanted to be near the Viking River Cruise Port. When we and another couple arrived, our room was on the first floor. We took an elevator, got off and then had to struggle down about 6 steps with our luggage to our room. We asked to change but the... More

Spent a week in Chalon-Sur-Saone on business. The hotel was selected by the comany I visited. It was a good choice. Had a suite on the second floor, facing the main square in front of the railway station. I sounds bad but it wasn't. The room was quiet, spacious, well maintained and clean. The hotel itself is in an old... More
