Le Querrien is what I would call a simple comfortable hotel. There are no airs and graces, just pretty rooms, comfortably furnished with some nice quirky touches (the emergency can of sardines in a frame on the wall etc). I stayed with my parents as a stop over between their home and the ferry back to mine. Their room was... More

Five of us arrived at the hotel after a long drive, and we booked 3 rooms at le Querrien for one night. The reception desk is also the maitre de station for their restaurant, and after awhile a young man showed up. There is no elevator and we dragged our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. Next morning we ordered... More

Stayed for one night as a relaxing detour on a whistle-stop working visit to Brittanny. Booked online and got a discount. Was amused by the photos on the website. How many ways can you arrange pillows to make an interesting photo? Very welcoming and the room was described as having a "village view"- i.e.over the rooftops but still pretty. Fluffy... More

For a family of 4, the split level room (suite) - 17 - was perfect. The bedding was quality, decor in good order and tastefully done. Breakfast and evening meal very good too, but not quite 5 stars. Worth noting that there is parking opposite - park first near the hotel and check in, then you can pay 7 Euros... More

Le Querrien is well situated in the charming seaside town of Concale, the rooms are well organised with very comfortable large beds and tea-making facilities , the busy restaurant provides an interesting and tasty menu well prepared from mainly local sources supported by good cheerful staff. Only a couple of things to be aware of -parking is non-existent and quite... More

Our recent enjoyable stay at Le Querrien was marred by the pricing, I would warn anyone booking to get confirmation in writing of the cost before making a reservation. We stayed in a Traditional Room €69 +€50 1/2 Pension = €119 we were charged €141! The B&B rate was €69 + €9.90 ea for breakfast - we were charged €119!... More

We were on a walking tour along the coast, and this hotel was booked as part of the package. We could not have chosen better had we booked it ourselves. Our top floor room was huge, beautifully decorated, and included a good sized living area – couch, chairs and a coffee table – as well as a large, comfortable bed.... More

Very nice rooms, tastefully decorated. highly recommended. The restaurant looked very nice, and was busy, but slightly higher end for our pockets. Parking is available across from the hotel, which is on the main street, with everything nearby. Just keep in mind, there is no lift.

What a lovely room. Restaurant was good but they do know how to charge! At £6 for a pint of beer it really is getting on teh pricey side. £90 for 2 in the restaurant for nothing fancy - Fish soup and moules Frites is taking the proverbial really. Room was great though. Stay there. eat somewhere else would be... More
