Centrally placed in the provincial town of Moulins the Moulins Kyriad presents itself online as a 3 star hotel .Well they say you get what you pay for, however we did not expect this to include stains on the mustard coloured ceiling and walls, plastic curtains and a cigarette burnt bed.
