I stayed there for two nights while visiting the wine regions around Bordeaux. The staff at the front desk were friendly and polite. The room looked brand new, was clean and very comfortable. This is a good, modern hotel. It's located next to Bordeaux'x main ring road in an industrial arfea with shops and restaurants near by. The staff speak English well and are very helpful. Don't be put off by the location of this hotel. It's on an industrial estate, near a motorway, but this brand new hotel has very efficient sound-proofing, and offers the highest quality and standards of service.
