La Lanterne has everythign we like most when we trave - clean, comfortable rooms, friendly informative hosts, great location with lots of history.... Our Hosts were wonderfully accomodating and witty and and we loved sharing travel stories and life in general with them and the other guests in the courtyard. If you are planning a trip to Sarlat, La Lanterne is the place to stay. Our vacation included an apartment in Paris and several beautiful Chateaux around France.
