The hotel is a lovely quaint building in Brantome. The owner was very helpful throughout the stay. The rooms were very cosy, tastefully done out with a lovely bed and bathroom. This extended to the whole hotel which was furbished very well with the old and new blending perfectly. We had breakfast on both days which was a lovely start... More

You arrve in the lovely village of Brantome and are welcomed by a log fire and the smiling helpful owner. It's a very old building beautifully restored with modern rooms with great attention to detail. Excellent bathroom with strong shower. Coffee maker and kettle with beautiful teas to choose from. Warm towel rail with fine towels and robes. Blissfully quiet.... More

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and tasteful. The outside areas were also very nicely done. Unfortunately due to the weather we didn't get to use the pool which looked really inviting. Breakfast was very nice and used organic and local ingredients. We would definitely stay here again.

Our second visit so we knew what to expect from the family room (no. 10). Clean, well-equipped, (including a small fridge) and mezzanine for our two children. Very comfy beds with gorgeous bedding and lovely robes but only two in a room for four/five. Bath was deep and luxurious but no facility for a proper shower which was disappointing and... More

We loved staying at Les Jardins Des Brantome. Brantome is a a beautiful tourist location. It was lovely to walk back to the quiet, welcoming and quality setting at Les Jardins Des Brantome. The rooms are beautifully appointed set in private and peaceful environments. The pool setting is especially beautiful! We enjoyed dinner amongst the garden and a gourmet local... More

This is a simple property but very nicely appointed and very clean. Our room(s) were very comfortable, great A/C, lovely linens on the bed, nice bathrobe - towels could have been more generous, but a well appointed bedroom and a nice bathroom. The property is compact, with a small refreshing pool. An easy walk into town. Parking can be a... More

We booked the grand suite and it was a good size and beautifully decorated and set out. The linens etc was of a very high quality. The room was situated apart from the hotel and the gardens are terraced. The breakfast was excellent and consists of breads and preserves, fruit and yoghurt.

This is our second visit to Les Jardins, on this occasion staying for a week. The welcome and friendliness we receive from the owners Florence & Christophe is charming and the hotel is absolutely splendid, with a beautiful pool. Christophe is also the head chef and the food he creates is superb, a real treat for gourmet food lovers like... More

Huge rooms, really comfortable beds, beautiful lighting, linen bedsheets, linen robes, efficient (and quiet) air-conditioning, banks of lavender in the gardens, and a lovely pool besides which to rest and recuperate. Brantome is an easy 5 min walk, with lots to do. Florence is a wonderful hostess! Wish we could have stayed for longer. (But I wish French hotels would... More

What a lovely place and what lovely people run it. We had a gorgeous room at the back which was quiet with ample parking beside it. There is a swimming pool, a welcome addition to the hotel after a long drive from the u.k. Dinner on the outdoor terrace was delicious, a lovely shady position there. Only a short walk... More
