clean and very good but based on the room we had we would say more suited to longer stays as it was a room with kitchen and dining area, although worth the price on long stays where one wuld use the kitchen, fridge and cook it is quite expensive for a one night room. However, the room was well equiped.... More

Hello, We thank you for your comment about our hotel. About the wifi, you could ask the desk for other codes for the wifi, since the provider creates a new code for each device. It will be for a next time. Regards Manuela Mata Jay More

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and again we have been really pleased. In fact it would have been easier to stay closer to Bordeaux but we chose to drive on a little further to here. This is a very modern smart apartment type room with well fitted kitchen, lounge area and separate bedroom. We... More

On a motorcycle trip to Spain. Stopped here. Reception guy had me park the bike where he could see it (Nice touch. Didn't feel unsafe though). Nice rooms. Separate bedroom and living room with small kitchen. Very nice. Nice size. Beer a touch pricey. Breakfast typical continental but nice. Mc Donalds next door.. I was in a hurry but still... More

Spent weekend here when we went over for weekend to complete some business. Place is very smart and rooms have separate bedroom and kitchen area. The lounge area is quite basic but ok. The downstairs is very pleasant and there is an outside pool. Probably a little expensive to say great value for money but having stayed in B&B hotels,... More

We stayed here for two nights during a business trip. It's not a regular hotel but apartments so the rooms don't get serviced daily , not that that's a problem. We had a good size bedroom with very comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower over the bath, living room with TV, sofa (sofa bed), coffee table, dining table, kitchenette with... More

My 5 star rating is predominantly based on the great value that this hotel provided. Definitely not the best hotel (of 8) that we stayed at in France this summer, but the best value. In my opinion this hotel is very similar to the Novotel chain with the exception that the rooms are cheaper yet larger. It does not have... More

This was the second time I stayed at Residence Astoria for 1 night on a business trip and of course since I returned it means that I had a good experience the 1st time round. My second time there was just as I remember the hotel: clean, spacious 1 bedroom apartment, helpful staff. As I travel from 1 hotel to... More

This is a great, fairly new, place to stay if touring France as we are. The beds were very comfortable and the room (suite) was spacious. Having experienced the IBIS Budget hotel in Bayonne the night previously, this hotel was like the Ritz! Check in was a breeze and the receptionist spoke good English as did all the other members... We stayed here for one night on our journey down to Spain. The hotel is located about 5 minutes drive from the city centre. On arrival, late afternoon, there was adequate free parking. Check in was relatively smooth. As the restaurant was closed we decided to travel into the town centre where we enjoyed a very nice meal. The room... More

We stayed here for one night on the 20th June 2013. We had travelled from Paris to Agen by train and then caught a taxi from the train station to the hotel as it is not in the centre of town. On arrival we were greeted warmly - some of the staff speak English which made it very easy for... More
