Stayed here for two nights and were very pleased with the hotel. Great location and easy access to parking. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had a good size, we even had a balcony. The city of Riquewihr was very charming and is definetely worth a visit if one is going to visit the... more

I stayed here for three nights to see the Christmas Markets in Riquehihr, Strasbourg and Colmar. The hotel is modern and friendly. I don’t understand the previous comments about it being from the 1970s. I remember the 1970s and nothing in the hotel reminded me of them. Only minor niggles were as follows: The use of sheets and blankets instead... more

This place needs a refurbishment - badly!! Very tacky. Had an issue getting a non-smoking room when we arrived but the girl on the desk worked hard to sort it out for us. Walk into the town was convenient. more

Riquewihr is a very small town, so getting around on foot is no problem. Literally, you can walk from one end to the other in about 7 minutes. At first, I had my heart set on staying in some charming, 300 year old joint with flowers in the windowsills and creeking floors. I saw this particular hotel first, then walked... more

This hotel is located just outside the town walls but this is an asset because it is a very quiet location with vineyards on three sides. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed here for 5 nights in May & were given a huge suite consisting of a foyer with closets and... more

We were 2 adults and a teen age boy and the hotel provided us with a queen size bed and two single beds. For a moderate price of 113 euros per night. It's a simple but clean hotel, with a very good complimentary breakfast for that rate. You are only a couple of short blocks to the old town. more

Very good location on the outskirts of the town and can walk to the entrance to the old town in 2 minutes. This hotel has all the advantages of being a modern buid in a quiet location. Hotels in the town will have plenty of character but I imagine could be quite dark and noisy due to the high number... more

There is something special about Le Shoenenbourg that makes you feel welcome. The rooms were a bit on the small side but modern. The hotel is attached to a Michelin one star restaurant next door. The staff couldn't be more helpful and warm. I stayed in a room with a view of the vineyard but it was on the 1st... more
