The hotel is ideally located for looking around Riquewihr and the private parking just up the road (pop into reception to gain entry) is such a bonus. Our room had a very comfortable bed and although the window only looked on to the small inner courtyard, it was quite spacious. The shower room was very modern and everything worked well.... More

Caution: air freshener is strong in reception/bath; but bright new b/rooms and windows help. Reception is v. helpful esp. trying to connect internet in room. Watch glass cutter in shop window-same glasses at breakfast. This is the glassware town after all.

Small hotel within the walls of Riquewihr. Despite advertising free WiFi, the front desk acknowledged that it was "difficult" to get a signal in the room - basically you have to go to the lobby to use the WiFi. The breakfast was standard Euro continental. We had originally planned to stay 2 nights, but left early - not because of... More

We stayed here one night to experience the adorable and friendly town of Riquewihr. The hotel is perfectly located next to the little shopping street so that you have 20 meters from your late-night Crepe to bed. Private parking for 4,5 euros worked very well, but we did not try the breakfast as it was not included. The interior of... More

Excellent location, literally steps from the main city center with cobble stone streets. You can't get a better location in town. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Five star staff! The triple room was ok, not spectacular but decent. Wifi does not work in the rooms but they disclose that upon arrival. Beds felt like memory from and were comfortable.... More

We stayed here for only one night on our way from Paris to Germany. Wish we could of stayed 1 more day. Very small, charming village with parking which was a big plus. The hotel was immaculate, comfortable bed and very nice toiletries. It was like being in a Hansel and Gretel Cottage. Very good restaurants in village and Reisling... More

We stayed here on a friends trip to the region. The private parking was a life saver! If you're thinking about staying in town, or even visiting for the day, parking will be a nightmare. We went in April and could not believe the crowd. The hotel is adorable, with a very friendly staff. The rooms were quaint and just... More

A very charming, quaint and historical hotel in a lovely village. Conveniently located, only 50 m away from the carpark, and in a quiet side street in the center of the village. My room was charming, large and had everything you need. The hotel offers breakfast and has a bar and is next to a few good restaurants

Riquewhir. ... Honestly you expect elves, goblins & fairies to appear in this rainbow coloured town.It took our breath away. One of the reasons for our joy was living in the town, we didnt know Riquewhir any more than we knew Darwin! So to have a little painted hotel of our own was delightful. The rooms though" squishy" in size... More

After reading some of the other reviews, I had fairly high expectations. It was ok and quite nice but didn't really meet the standards of the other reviews, but was still nice. Loved the idea of having accommodation in the old town itself. The room was quite large. Not sure how they have decorated the other rooms but ours had... More
