I stayed here because the watch festival meant everything was full. The website states: Perfect for your stay in Mulhouse, the standard room provides you comfort and well-being. It is a basic room with lino floor with formica furniture - OK I can accept that as basic. However, you can't control the temperature in the room so I was freezing... More

Spacious, well placed... however there was hair all over the bed... and there was even some whitish dirt on the cover... so gross! we couldn't tell anyone to change the beddings because we were late check-in and the receptionnist already left when we went downstairs. The room was cold and we had to ask them to put the heating on...... More

This is a budget appart hotel and is, therefore, quite basic. That said it provided for our needs on our one night stop. It was clean and the bed was confortable. There was no noise during the night and we slept well. For cooking there is a two ring hob and a micro-wave plus necessary equipment, washing up liquid etc.... More

My wife, 29yr old son and myself stayed in Mulhouse for one night on the way to Calais from Italy at the end of July 2012. The apartment was large and airy. The outer door opened into a large room containing a table, 4 dining chairs and a double bed. There were 2 other doors off this room. One led... More

late to Dortmund so tried all hotels and one was at £545 per night. and this one. I took the advise of the receptionist who told me I could park my car on the road as it was free but it would be damaged and vandalised by the next morning or pay 5 euros and park in the very very... More

This was a mistake to stay here. The room was very small, bare and very noisy. It was just like a 1960s dorm room. Service was less than okay, no one at desk after 10 pm. Only one good things was free parking.

We stopped over here twice - once on our way to our holiday in Italy on 2 September, and again on our return journey on 19 September. We were travelling as a family of five - us and our three kids aged 5, 3 and 1. Before we had the children, my husband and I had stayed at quite a... More

This hotel is a real disaster. It's incredibly expensive for small rooms and when I arrived it wasn't even cleaned well (hair in the bath, microwave was red with tomatoe-sauce; let's not talk about the fridge; cigarettes on the balcony). So unless you don't need a overnight stay, don't come here. The kitchen is way to small, you have problems... More

I found that the check-in was quick and there was a very clean smell about all the communal areas, especially the corridors. The room was purely functional. Absolutely no frills and with a window overlooking the wall of a factory. There was absolutely no issue as regards to cleanliness which was excellent. The breakfast was served in a pleasant area... We stayed as a family for a one night stopover. First the positives - and there are some. We could have accommodated five people in our apartment for 54 euros, which is incredibly cheap. The staff on the reception were very pleasant and friendly and there is secure parking available under the buidling for 5 euros a night. If you... More
