Good choice for one night. Check in at reception was quick and receptionist was helpful. Had dinner at the restaurant and food and drinks were of good quality. We stayed one night for 44 EUR plus 8 EUR for parking. It is about a 10 minute walk to downtown. The breakfast was kind of pricey and did not have many options, so we decided not to eat breakfast at the hotel. They charge 8 EUR per person for breakfast. A clean, modern, functional hotel offering good value for money. It is not really in the city centre, as its name suggests, but is just outside but easily accessible by the new tram service to both the centre and railway station. The tram stop is "Lefebvre".
