We booked the hotel through 'Yes Vacances' and we believe what we saw from the pictures. I know one shouldn't expect too much when booking a two star hotel, we knew it was going to be basic and it looked clean. But, it wasn't like that. Not only the hotel looked shaby, the room was dirty and faced the back of a restaurant whose fan didn't stop until 11:30 pm. The pillows seemed to have tumors and when we asked for more they said they only had one extra. They were very rude when we asked them to change us to a quiet room, they literally dissmissed us and accused us of causing too much trouble. We moved to another hotel where they were more welcoming and their rooms prettier, it's called Hotel Revellata 3 stars. Don't be fooled by Bel Ombra cheap prices, in the end it will cost you more. more
