I've been coming to this hotel even before its renovation every once a while. Now that the hotel had been renovated, rooms look a lot better, price remains the same, and the staffs remain the same: humane, friendly, courteous, and helpful. If you are assisted by Aida upon check in, you are lucky because she is the best customer service... More

I stayed with a group of students for 8 nights at the Palmridge Inn for the AICPA exams. Everything was just satisfied from the minute we landed at the airport until the day we check-out at the hotel, because they were well prepared. The rooms completely met our needs with good beds, a very nice bathroom, a study desk and... More

The Palmridge is a budget hotel--nothing fancy, but is perfect for guests who just need a bed and a place to relax after a long day. It's also handy for long-term stays. There's free hot coffee in the lobby every morning and smiling staff to greet you as you start the day. They are working constantly to improve the hotel... More

Designed around a "no frills" and smaller budgets, the PalmRidge Inn provides travelers who either don't want or don't need fancy accommodations, but do want a place to shower and put their feet up after a full day of exploring. Simple accommodations with a mini-frig and a microwave oven for popping some popcorn for that late night movie and free... More

If you keep in mind the price you pay for the hotel - it's a decent place to stay. Location is close to the airport (right under the flight path) but you must rent a vehicle if you stay - as it's not close to the resort area or the beaches. Basically no real public transit or restaurants in walking... More

Formerly the Days Inn, this hotel is now independent. I was traveling with a group of 16 and all were disappointed, albeit, it did what we needed - provided a bed for 10-14 hrs. The hotel lies on the "back side" of the Guam Int'l Airport and is about an eight (8) minute ($5 ea. way) ride - service provided... More

We thought the hotel was ok nothing special. The rooms were outdated and kinda stuffy but it was ok and the same with the bathrooms but the shampoos etc were nice. We booked this to be close to the airport and have the shuttle. Well we booked it for 4.30am. Got to the front desk and nothing the front desk... More

This hotel was moderately priced, comfortable, and well positioned if you are visiting the island and don't want to pay for a resort hotel on the beach. There is nothing fancy about this place. The rooms were clean but make sure you get a room with a king, not two doubles, so you have a balcony. The bed was a... More

This hotel smells and when I made a hotel car reservation package, they quoted me exact price including tax and pick up of the rental car at the airport. When I arrived at the airport, the price for the rental car was completely different, I spoke to the hotel whom I reserved the car with and all they could say... More
