On January 18, 2016 they confirmed a hotel room reservation for us for June 2016 in writing, only to cancel it shortly thereafter again. The reason given was "there is coming one big group this day". Luckily, we did not completely arrange the rest of our planned Noeway vacation yet. If one sends a confirmation he should not revoke it again... More

Hotel looks very cool outside. That is the reason why we stopped there. Plenty of space to park your car, there are some sockets for electric cars. Inside right on the left side of reception there is huge wolf skin hanging on the wall. We went right to the restaurant and ordered some drinks. The staff seemed to be busy,... More

We rode in on our BMW motorcycles summer 2014. The hotel is very nice, beds are comfy and the staff friendly. There is plentiful parking. The hotel is situated by the river in the valley «Valle». Swinmming, kanoo-rental etc is nice here. You can choose to sleep in a camper or tent,or the hotel as we did. Only drawback is.the... More

Nice single room with a small veranda overlooking the river - rather expensive! The staff were very helpfull and smiling - both in the reception and restaurant. Dinner was excellent, coffee great and cheap :-), breakfast average. You can swim in the river if you feel like it, and take some nice walks in the wood. I enjoyed my stay... More

Fabulous location. Booked a basic cottage but on arrival was kindly upgraded to a nice motel room with breakfast - which was lovely. Unable to get internet in room but managed to do so in hotel lounge area. Hotel itself lovely - and staff very friendly. Definitely recommend and would stop there again.

We stayed there because we wanted a nice and cheap place to sleep before going to Kjeragbolten. The cottage was confortble and the hotel was about 1h20m from the place. We liked staying there. The only bad thing about our place was he internet sign was very weak on our cottage.

We stayed in our own tent at the camping area. A perfect location for camping near a river. The facilities are great! I would recommend this place to other campers. You can rent both a boat and a cano here. It is also a nice beach for bathing in a lagoon built in the river.

I stayed here for two nights in February 2012. I was quite intruiged by the building itself actually, with the Norse towers on it, very cool. You have the option of staying in the hotel, or in the motel, or the cabin that are spread around the property. The area is thick with history, culture and tradition, and it is... More

We stayed here for one night in a motel room on our driving tour of Norway. Andreas on reception somehow knew who I was when I checked in,even calling me by my first name. Maybe it was because it was nearly end of season there and the whole place wasn't very busy but it was a nice touch to be... More

We stayed here on the way to see family. It is a nice hotel that has hytte/cabins. They are clean and nice. The room came with duvets on the bed, but sheets need to be rented. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay here.
