My husband and I stayed here on the first couple of days of our French holiday this year. We were straight off the ferry at 9.30pm at Caen and got here 15 minutes later, so it is very close but in such a tranquil spot and so beautiful. We stayed for two nights, this place does represent value for money.... More

Wow what a fantastic place to stay!!! Eight of us took up 3 rooms for 4 nights on the mill side ,all of which were very pleasant and had all the facilities necessary. It is however the welcome given by Patricia and Jean Michel and the superb gardens which make this such an excellent place to rest a while. Hidden... More

The male teenagers in our party are not known to be impressed by gardens generally but the comment on seeing this garden with its tucked away sunbathing places and the fast flowing stream made the comment slip out! Not only was the garden lovely, the house and rooms were charming and so were the couple running it. Madame made us... More

Stayed in this gem of a property where the owners have lived for 30+ years and have created a lovely experience! A beautiful garden with a fast running stream and you can even buy a plant and the hostess producing a lovely culinary surprise each morning

This was such a beautiful place with wonderful atmosphere. Such attention to detail! Gorgeous gardens, excellent hospitality, delicious breakfast. Rooms were very nice. Close the beaches and a great little drive through the French countryside.

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our honeymoon. We were overwhelmed by the fantastic setting: the garden is simply beautiful with lots of nooks and crannies and places to while away an afternoon. Veronica was very friendly and put on a fantastic spread for breakfast. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The location is very... More

We recently traveled to Normandy for the 70th anniversary of D-Day and this B&B was perfection! It's a beautiful relaxing place just on the edge of all the Normandy hot spots. Great location, service, rooms and views. Breakfast every morning was out of this world and you aren't going to find a more helpful hostess. A highlight of our time... More

My son and I recently toured Europe for nine weeks. Our week in Normandy was spent here, at La Malposte, in Reviers. Of the many places we stayed in, La Malposte got top marks: its setting, gardens, kindness of Patricia, breakfast, large coffee cups!, ambience and comfort. As Canadians our goal was to visit Juno Beach and the cemetery at... More

We found this due to a conversation with a Normandie native in a Brasserie in Paris. He stays there when visiting family in the area. This small 5 bedroom charming hotel is located in lovely Reviers, Just a few minutes to the Canadian Military Cemetery in Reviers/Beny-Sur-Mer and 5 minutes to Courseulles-Sur Mer (Juno Beach) All D-Day beaches museums, memorials,... The best part about Malposte, that makes it special is the ambience. The fast flowing stream divides the cozy place into two. Jean and Patricia the owners, have a video of the place on their website, but even that does not capture the beauty of the garden and the sounds of the stream. The rooms are clean and tastefully furnished.... More
