What you have read about The Cove is ALL TRUE. The place is amazing!!! First off, when you plan your itinerary, make sure you have more than 2 hrs between a major airline and the puddle jumper that flies to North Eleuthera. These planes are sometimes late, or they don not fly at all. We flew Pineapple Air to Eleuthera... More

What we did like: - the resort location: The Cove is located on the Caribbean side of Eleuthera. It has two very nice beaches (the one on the west is smaller and I think natural, the one east larger but artificial, anyway both highly enjoyable to relax and swim even at low tide). The bungalows are spread in a large... More

The Cove was everything we thought it would be -- elegant and clean, refreshing with gorgeous beaches, fantastic infinity pool, and great service [especially from our waiter, a Bahama local named Gline]. Overall, I would recommend this destination for Eleuthera, Bahama travelers. Just a fair warning to those discerning travelers who expect a cup of coffee in the room, The... More

Greetings from the serene side of the Bahamas. We are so glad you enjoyed our resort and surroundings. We do have a very nice morning coffee bar in our restaurant, offering many different items on the menu. We also do bring coffee and tea to the rooms via room service. More

My wife and I (late 20s/early 30s) stayed here over Christmas of last year and had an absolutely phenomenal time. On Christmas Eve, the resort did a prix fix menu that was probably the fanciest night in terms of dress while we were there, and with more food and variety than we knew what to do with. There was a... More

This is one of the most beautiful resorts we have stayed at. The two private beaches are fantastic as well as the pool and sunset bar. However, the food was average and quite expensive. The service was average. There is only one local "dive" to eat at down the road so felt like we didn't have many options. For this... More

After a particularly stressful few months at work, my husband and I planned a last minute get-away to The Cove for a few days. We arrived tired and grumpy to a beautiful setting, 80 degree sunny weather (a welcome break from the snow of NYC), and a completely wonderful staff that made our recuperation easy. I'd love to say we... More

Lovely grounds, beautiful beaches, handy gym, breakfast good. Lovely pool with sunset views. Paddle boards and kayaks available for free. Expensive food, not always amazing at dinner. We had a car and that was worth having just to explore. Change of hands coming up, so time will tell if that changes things. We would return as it was very relaxing.

This hotel offers everything for those seeking a quiet retreat within an hour flight of Florida. We've traveled to the BVI's, Aruba, Hawaii, Thailand, and St. Lucia. This was by far the most serene location. There are no boats on the horizon, even!...ok, maybe 4 sailboats during our 8 day stay. The food was excellent. Highly recommend the specials of... More

I cannot stress how amazing the beaches and pool are. It is like being on your own island. The cove is beautiful. I have to say it is the worst food I've ever had on vacation. The sushi rolls hardly had any fish in the roll. My local supermarket has better rolls. If they can fix their food offerings it... More

Greetings from the serene side of the Bahamas. We are so sorry that you did not bring the food issue to our attention when you were on property. I would have addressed this immediately with our Food and Beverage staff. I am happy to hear you loved the resort and we would love to see you for a future stay. More

There is so much to share about our wonderful stay I will try to hit the highlights. My husband and I were at The Cove for 5 days. We chose this resort because we wanted to get away from the cold, but also did not want a huge resort with thousands of people which is so common in the Carribean.... More
