Our agency, Sphere, booked this room for us. The staff were helpful when we arrived. The room was clean, with hot water and a TV. The bed was a bit ordinary, but still ok. Great location, right on the beach, and within walking distance of the market and the bus stop to Krasnaya Polyana. All in all, good.

Be prepared for noisy surroundings in lively Adler (near Sochi) Staff is very helpfull and very friendly - a relief after some service standards I experienced in Moscow Product is OK, carpet in room needs changing and last floor is rather hot the hotel is very clean
