We stayed there on our trip between Flåm and Geiranger. This hotel is really a surprice, with nice lobby areas, friendly personell, and good quality of food. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. We got good value for the money. The view from our rooms are also wonderful!

The main reason for going here is lack of decent alternatives. We stayed one night, slept well and then we were on our way. This is a place for people looking for a bed, not an experience. Location is pretty ok but that goes for the entire area, so if you plan ahead it(we didn't) it should be possible to... More

We were a famiy of 5 people, travelling with an organised tour, staying for one night at this hotel, in triple and double rooms. Hotel location is beautiful, on the waterfront, in a small village on the road to main tourist attractions. We arrived on a hot summer day. Rooms were boiling hot, not possible to stay in, no climate... More

Sometimes you just need a place to stay the night. This is the case with this hotel. It's pretty old. Pool was full of chlorine. No towels. The jacuzzi didn't work. The service at dinner was very slow. But it was located where we wanted to spend the night. If you stay, there is an amazing photo place by the... More

Family stay for one night. Great people at the front desk am are very service minded. Room was perfectly okay for one night.IF I was to stay there longer I would have upgraded to a larger room. Restaurant was large and the food was not to shabby. Buffet or Ala Cart with ice cream bar.

At 11:30 unable to order lunch when we visited as individual travellers. No time to wait and went to nearby ESSO fuelstation, there prepared a perfect, lunch build from fresh ingredients. I feel sorry to report this, hope they can be more service minded, service orientated, flexible and tourist friendly. Driving such a hotel in such environment creates expectations, this... More

Good hotel for overnight stay on the way up north or south or if you want some peace and quiet for a few days or to explore that part of Norway. Pleasant, clean, somewhat dated decor, typical Norwegian efficiency and lack of fuss. Very good hotel restaurant. The Norwegian Christmas buffet lunch ( a week before Christmas) was plentiful and... Another beautiful fjord location in Norway. Our two nights here were wonderful with a spacious room overlooking Lake Jorstal and a lovely deck area. After sightseeing in the area, the glacier, the home of artist Aastrup, etc., returning here was relaxing and peaceful. A special treat for us was the hotel's owner inviting us to his "Hut in the Sky"... More

This hotel is near Førde. It is quite OK for one night - room quite simple with view of lake. A nice stop before travelling further. Food very good; glutenfri bread. Late night reading novel - leader reception, lit a fire in the fireplace for me.

It is a great place for a 1 night stay. The place is very quite, nothing much to do. The is an indoor swimming pool. There is a nice souvenior shop nearby. Price cheap compared to other places. The store owner is a nice sweet gentleman. He will personally recommend you things that are reasonable and that are good buys.
