I stopped here for four nights when in the area on business, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. I stayedin the "Bakehouse" rooms across the road from the main building, and the room was excellent; clean, modern, comfortable and peaceful. Along with the usual TV, kettle etc, there is also an iron and ironing board - useful... More

Arrived late on, dark night, hotel didn't really offer much kerb appeal in the dark, but what a fantastic surprise and delight. Log fire, great welcome, nice room, good wifi all topped off with a real excellent abs unexpected meal quality.

One of our business's is based at Stoneyhill just a couple of miles from Cruden Bay, however this would not matter, I would gladly travel a fair distance to stay here. The welcome is always great, the food superb, the rooms are clean and tidy (the new Bakehouse and the garden rooms are my real favourite!!). A great home from... More

I was put in this hotel while working in aberdeen , it was a bit far from Aberdeen but the friendly staff that work there made it all worth the journey into work each day. The food was excellent which couldn't be faulted as I tried all types of food. I didn't have breakfast as I was out early in... More

Pre-Trump stay in Aberdeeshire; The room was failrly basic (this didnt matter) but the restaurant was first class for both dinner and breakfast. Really good service too. A noisy exit by public bar patrons was a tad annoying

The Kilmarnock Arms is in a village which seems to be a working not tourist place. The hotel is in 2 parts, a pub and hotel which helps keeping the noise away from the bedrooms. The food was pub food and ok, the room was adequate, with all the amenities required. Crudeness bay is very attractive with a good beach... More

I simply cannot say enough good things about the Kilmarnock Arms Hotel. The service is efficient, polite and most importantly, friendly. The food and wine are superb. - Served in abundant quantity and entirely in keeping with a Scottish inn. - Breakfast is always a feast! My wife and I stay at the Kilmarnock Arms about 3 or 4 times... Beautiful hotel in a great location. Only minutes from a fantastic links style golf course which provides either 18 or 9 hole experiences. Our garden view room had a back yard with a patio. The restaurant provides wonderful dinners and great breakfasts. Would definitely stay again.
