We stayed 2 nights at Chateau Damigny whilst visiting Bayeux and the Normandy Beaches. We had the family suite which was spacious and convenient for the 4 of us - and included an amazing Jacuzzi bath coplete with music and flashing coloured lights !. With one of Vincent's plentiful and enjoyable dinners and 2 enourmous delicious breakfasts Chateau Damigny was... More

I am a 20 year hotel veteran, and booked the Herve' Suite for two nights for my husband and I and our 11 year old son. The Chateau was easy to find, and we were greeted by Vincent and shown to our beautiful suite. The linens are first class, and they put a nice extra bed in the suite for... More

We're still talking about the wonderful time we had at Chateau de Damigny. Vincent is so accommodating and a terrific cook. We had dinner one night at the chateau, along with either other guests. It was delicious. Absolutely amazing! If you're going to stay here, make sure you stay for dinner as well. The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, clean and... More

We spent a fabulous night at Chateau Damigny to kick off our trip to France. Although a bit challenging to find at first (print out driving directions before you go as the GPS was challenged), we were welcomed graciously by Vincent on our arrival--who was in the midst of cooking what turned out to be the best meal we had... How often does one get to sleep in a castle with an interesting history? A private, lovely, comfortable and friendly place with free wifi and parking (obviously). The owner messed up a little with our booking so gave us a delish & fruity bottle of white and was more that apologetic. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious too.

A nice Chateau converted to B&B. Vincent and Corinne are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is exceptional. Area is quiet and bed really comfortable. We met great people around the breakfast table...four nights went by two quickly...highly recommend and will return. If going by GPS indicate Nonent as destination.

Stayed two nights with Vincent & Corinne the weekend prior to D-Day using the Suite Catherine de Sureau. What a great experience! Vincent is a great cook and fluent with us having no language skills. Good times at the Table d’Hôtes and great companionship. Absolutely the way to stay while visiting Normandy.

We stayed for 3 nights using this as a base to explore the D-Day sites and Bayeux. Chateau has recently been renovated so everything is well presented and a huge spread at breakfast. We recommend that you book the table d'hôte at least one night. Vincent is a wonderful chef and you could not find better cuisine in the area.

Thank you Vincent and Corinne for the wonderful stay at your home. I can find nothing to fault. Make sure you eat at least one meal at Chateau Damigny. The food was the best we had, by far, throughout our holiday in france. Also, the wines were excellent and the canapés gorgeous. We had dinner on each of the three... More
