Readers should ignore all the moaning minnies that have written bad reviews about this hotel. Some of the comments are laughable. One woman whines that the tunnel to the private lake front does not open until 1000, so she was unable to take an early morning swim. Really? This is a great hotel located in a suburb of Desenzano about a twenty minute walk from the centre. The hotel is also very close to Sirmione.
