We stayed fro a week in early September. We had a suite with a balcony, which was well furnished and corfortable but unfortunatley it was at the rear of the hotel overlooking a narrow street. First time to Lake Gardo and used trip advisor comments to find hotel and Desenzano as our base for the area. Firstly the hotel is fantastic especially if you book the better rooms that have a balcony and just been renovated. Good location, clean, a little swimming pool on terrace. Car parking icluded (not so simple in the centre of the town). Breakfast has to be improved. Front desk professional but not friendly as you expect from an Italian Hotel. -- more

This is an ideal location on the road on the lake side. Great for Boat, train and bus connections to explore the area. Good food in the hotel with excellent service from the hotel staff. 15th wedding anniversary , looking for best of both worlds . Old world charm , in a village , on the lake with an outdoor pool & sun terrace . Looked at every hotel on Garda , Iseo & Como . This was the only one that fit the bill . We had a double executive lake view room .... more

Excellent hotel, very nice entrance lobby, bar and restuarant. Nice room, although bathroom slightly cramped, but still nice, clean and perfectly adequate for a weeks stay. Staff, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended with great views over the lake and a short walk to the ferry. more

We have a very nice room overlooking the lake. The hotel is clean and well maintained and is very centrally located in Desenzano. The buffet breakfast is also very good. I thoroughly recommend it. more

The Hotel is ideally located on the lake promenade and our room, elegantly appointed, had a wonderful view . The lobby has a "home away from home" atmosphere and the staff was very helpful and careful. We had our buffet breakfast in a cozy veranda overlooking the garden.This is the only Hotel in the centre with private garage parking. more

What a great hotel, superb location, great food, excellent service and all at a great price.
