We did not stay in Santa Vittoria but in nearby accommodation that allowed us to access their restaurant and bar services. Fabulous food! Having travelled around Tuscany during our stay I can honestly say our best meals were had here (according to our daughter it is the best food in the whole of Italy!). During the summer the restaurant is... More

Our family had the best of stays with our wonderful hosts. Perfect location and amenities, excellent food (local, fresh from the farm), lovely service and great value for money. Luigi, Katiuscia, nonna Maria and nonno Sergio are awesome and make you feel at home while being on vacation. Volterra is less than 20mins by car and has everything you wish... More

Many thanks to the whole family for the great time at Santa Vittoria! We were a big group of 10 people with different ages and nationalities, and we all were absolutely in love with the place, the nice family, the atmosphere and of course with "mama Maria" :)! You can't visit Toscany without trying her house made ravioli and pappardelle... More

The best view in the world, quite and peaceful. The owners Luigi and Katiuscia, nonna Maria and nonno Sergio make you feel very welcome. It was really great to help in the kitchen too. The perfect stay if you're looking for a relaxing holiday. Can't wait to go back !

The apartment was spacious, immaculate and in beautiful surroundings. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare your own meals and Luigi was very helpful from start to finish, sorry we did not have more time to explore the property, but we had a wonderful afternoon and evening in Volterra and managed to get to San Gimigiano before the crowds the... We will forever fondly remember our time at Santa Vittoria. The views, the food (perhaps consistently the best we had in our three weeks in Italy), the pool. Luigi was a wonderful host, very helpful in giving us tips on where to go and what to see. The views from Riparbella and the terrace where we ate breakfast, lunch and... More

Stayed at the Riparbella apartments with friends in June. The views here are as good as it gets in Tuscany. Absolutely spectacular. To,get here you have to drive on some very windy roads - all part of the experience however. Luigi and his wife are very nice and helpful, adding to the our stay and mother Maria is a fantastic... The drive from San Gimignano to the Agriturismo set the bar pretty high already, but the view from Agriturismo Santa Vittoria was simply breathtaking. The double room came with a dinning hall and table, something we did not even expect at all for the price we paid. The host Luigi was extremely helpful, telling us insightful information of about everything... More

We recently spent 2 weeks in this absolutely magnificent agriturismo. Spectacular views, lots of nice things to see and visit in the surroundings....The owners, Luigi and Katiuscha are very nice and friendly people, always willing to help and to organise things for you. We stayed for first time but will for sure return. Welcome was fantastic. Official Description (provided by the hotel)
:Framed by the splendid hilly landscape of Volterra and her ‘Balze’ (crags), and situated in the sunny Tuscan countryside, is the holiday farm Santa Vittoria. Here we offer relaxing and timeless farm holidays, in eight harmoniously restored apartments equipped with every convenience to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The agritourism facilities consist of two independent farmhouses – Riparbella and Collevicchi – located on two main, but separate, hills from which one can enjoy unforgettable views. The estate is open all year round, given the attractive and different shades of the colours of nature during the varied Autumn and Winter months, for hunting enthusiasts and lovers of traditional Tuscan cooking. In fact Mamma Maria captivates guests with her typically homemade and strictly Tuscan cuisine for which she uses many of our own locally-grown products.Once back in your apartment you can enjoy the intimate, cosy atmosphere created by a real log fire or admire the star-studded heavens all around you. The geographically-central position of Santa Vittoria allows one to quickly reach the main Art cities of Tuscany such as: Volterra; San Gimignano; Monteriggioni; Siena; Firenze; Luca; Pisa; the coastline between Bolgheri and Populonia; and the Chianti area as well as interesting but less noteworthy towns and villages which we can recommend. In addition Santa Vittoria organises painting and cookery courses (on request), sampling/tasting of our own home-grown produce and Pick Your Own produce from our vegetable gardens. Lastly, it is also possible to fish in a nearby lake, to discover hidden woodland paths on horseback or just visit our own estate where we rear pheasant, pigeon and wild boar. Thanks to our continuous presence on the property, we are always on hand to give you a warm and friendly welcome, and to offer assistance and advice. ... more   less
