It is probably as good as you'll find in Viterbo. Actually, it is located outside of town - too far to walk. There are only 5 taxis in the town and they do not cruise the streets. Call the hotel to dispatch one if needed, especially from the train station (8 Euros one-way). The hotel is certainly not new and... more

Based on some research I did on the internet, including Trip Advisor, we decided to take a short side trip to Viterbo from Rome. Basically, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, especially Americans.
