I didn't recognise the hotel we stayed in from the previous review.
It was absolutely awful. The staff were rude, and useless.
We complained about kids playing in their car park - and they claimed it wasnt their responsibility and then just started laughing with the kids.
The rooms were grubby and the breakfast was dreadful.
Keep away!

We arrived at Pescara on Ryanair and hired a car for the week. We used Hertz but there seemed no shortage of local deals. It's a 3 hour drive to Vieste. The A 14 toll road is good (7.20Euros) but the last 40 minutes is on twisty roads with hairpin bends which is not good for those without a head...
