A last minute urge to have a weekend away, meant we were limited in choice but chose here on the strength of the reviews. A call to the hotel obtained a (slightly) discounted rate but only a superior room as everything else was sold out. The hotel is (like many in the area) set on the side of the hill... more

This hotel is just excellent, from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. Our bedroom was huge and beautifully decorated with great sea views. The service that you receive here is excellent and the food at the restaurant amazing (we ate at La Sinenuse in Positano and we paid double the amount for a meal that wasn't that... more

We stayed at the Angiolieri for 3 days in June and as other comments on Tripadvisor suggest had a truly amazing holiday. The Angiolieri is in the small town of Seiano away from the hussle of the tourist trail in Sorrento, with an amazing outlook over the bay of Naples. Its location whilst peaceful can also mean that if you... more

We splashed out with this hotel. Yes, we did go for one of the cheaper rooms but you would not know it for a minute. Located in the town of Sieano it's about 40 minutes by train from Naples. The layout it excellent. Pefect to sit in and relax. Would be even better in the height of summer. Staff were... more

We came here on our honeymoon and I booked it after reading reviews on Tripadvisor. For the prices equivalent I'd be looking at a lesser hotel in Sorento town. Immediately you're welcomed and shown to the room of which is of a high standard and the views (deluxe room) were breathtaking! I know they take a kick on the room... more

We just returned from our trip last night and while the experience is fresh I want to include our comments. The restaurant, the entire hotel staff, the well appointed rooms and the beauty of the surroundings make this place a wonderful Italian hotel experience. It's location provides an opportunity to feel like you are really in Italy rather than being... more

We just came back from a wonderful 3 days in the hotel. We stayed in the junior suite with our 11 months old baby. Everything was excellent. The room had a fantastic view and we had morning coffee every day on the balcony overlooking the Naples bay. The service was among the best we ever had and everybody was very... more

A lovely hotel that we booked through Expedia and got a good deal (looking at the prices that the hotel charges). An easy to get to location, situated on a cliff, so the levels of the hotel were a bit confusing and the underground car park certainly had a steep decent. Views were lovely and the staff were extremely helpful... more
