Couldn't fault it. Lovely staff scrupulously clean lovely food. Well done. We stayed for two nights. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Great split level room, perfect for a bit more privacy for us and the kids. The views over the bay of Naples and Vesuvius were breathtaking.

This hotel is near perfect for couples who either have their own transport or are happy to use the local public transport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the terrace overlooking Vesuvius is fantastic but the best are the staff. Extremely pleasant and helpful when required. Our lack of Italian was not a problem as all English speaking. The breakfasts... More

The other reviews are pretty clear: spacious clean room with a stunning view from the French balcony and soundproof windows. Wifi worked. Beds quite firm. The first time you'll see the hotel it will be too late to take the turn to the hotel, so pay attention to the nearby landmarks, make a U turn asap, and try again ;-)... More

We, 2 adults and 2 kids (6 and 8) visited this lovely hotel for 2 nights in July, which we regarded as a great hub to check out the many great museums and sites in the Naples area, like Pompeii. We had a great room, with a marvellous view across the Bay of Naples. It was not fully booked i... More

The setting and views were amazing! The costs were reasonable and the dinner on the roof overlooking the area was very good. Parking was free. Staff were accomodating. The baths were recently renovated and not well planned out. You could not take a shower and get to the soap/shower combination on the wall. No toiletries were provided except those attached... More

It was no surprise to me that our stay turned out great. The personal booking process including info requests beforehand had suggested that. The attentive and relaxed service throughout our stay by all the staff (including the best room cleaning I have ever experienced) was excellent - whether it be an afternoon coffee, drinks by the pool, local recommendations, remembering... Many thanks to Rafaella and the staff (including Gianluca, Michelle, Angela, valentina and Lena) for making this such a relaxing stay. The reception team were always helpful and knowledgeable about bus and train services to help us get around to sorrento, Pompeii and local towns. Lena managed the breakfast on the terrace singlehanded -well done! and Gianluca looked after my... More

Great hotel! Let me start by saying that we travelled in a party of 6 including a 7 year old and 1 year old twins… The staff – Rafaella, Angela, Luisa, Valentina, made us feel very welcome from the start and really could not do enough for us - which included taking the twins a number of times at dinner... Fantastic view over Vesuvius and Naples on the other side of the Sorrentiono (or is it the Naples) bay. With a rented car the entire Sorrentino peninsula lies within reach. Very friendly staff. Tidy rooms and neat garden. Food was great too.

Great staff, fab view. Even though we had a hire car we took advantage of the excellent shuttle service. It was like staying in a private club, would love to return. The access turning needs getting used to but is soon mastered. The restaurant was excellent and the maître d very helpful. Sitting on the terrace in the evening after a... More
