We treated ourselves to a deluxe suite at the promise of great views from the private balcony and we weren't disappointed. The room decor is very modern and was a decent size, the balcony was really large also and enjoyed great views of Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. Raffaela and her staff were great. Always available for information or... More

Get a sea view room...totally worth it, the views of Vesuvius and Naples Bay are exceptional from the balcony and from the patio. We wanted something that was quieter and not in the center of town, with a good view, and that's exactly what we got. We had a hire car while on holiday so we had no problems getting... More

The hotel itself is very clean, spacious rooms, Wi-Fi power is very good, free on-site parking, a varied breakfast. Very beautiful view from the Hotel terrace to Vesuvius and Naples Bay. Reception staff very courteous and helpful with any questions. The hotel also provides shuttle service available to a number of places in the area and free of charge. Excellent... More

We were brought to this hotel by a well known Irish tour operator company and we were given Room 102. We were so disappointed when we went in to the room. We had decided to treat ourselves to this holiday after we rececently got engaged and we paid 800 euro per person for the week, which was more that we... More

Dear Guest, we usually don't answer to our guests' reviews as a sign of respect to all the opinions, but sometimes, as in this case, we need to clarify some important points: -102 is the Standard Room booked by your Tour Operator with the special request of twin beds. At your arrival we understood your disappointment and we proposed for... More

I fully agree with the other reviews regarding the staff, shuttle service and the views... they are exceptional. However, I think it's only fair to point out a couple of issues that did not meet our expectations. Firstly our room on the ground floor. As said by a previous reviewer the "balcony" does resembles a shower cubicle at first sight and... More

The facilities are clean and we'll maintained..an ellagant balcony over looked by vesuvius...breakfast was quite enchanting and quite the gastronomic feast. Rooms are cleaned and cared for. Train tickets can be purchased at reception and a mini van collects and takes... More

A quick note to say that the hotel and especially the staff are excellent. Cannot find any fault whatsoever and would return anytime if I were going to stay on this coast again. Great views of the bay of naples from the terrace whilst you eat or relax. I think I will hire a car now seeing the Italians driving... More

We stayed here from 13-17 Aug 15. This was our honeymoon and could have picked a better hotel. Lovely rooms, view and location. Staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the local venues/train station. Even when we missed the pick up time from the train station, we phoned... More

We had a long drive from southern Italy and arrived to find we had a ground floor room. It did smell damp and felt very enclosed. No windows but French doors that opened into what I can only described as a 'walk in half circle shower' very disappointed. However. We got used to the room. It was at the back... More

Staff very, very helpful and friendly. Food very good. Breakfast and dinner and drinks available on the terrace, with amazing views. Snacks available during the day. Very clean well appointed rooms. Lift serves all floors. Superb views from the garden over the Bay of Naples, with lots of sun loungers too to recline in. Rooms at the front of the... More
