Myself and my husband had a week in the Hotel San Francisco in September 2007. The staff were very friendly, the room was perfectly adequate and very clean. Continental breakfast is included. The hotel is perfectly positioned with sea views. Would definately reccomend and would go again more

Overall a good hotel. Well placed for access to the beach and shops and choices of bars & restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful even allowing us to park our motorbikes in their small private secure area at the side of the hotel.(we were a party of 9 on 5 motorbikes). I'm not one to complain however I question the ethics of the owner and the use of their private beach. We paid €100 per night Yes their private beach! They say they have an arrangement with a beach that will allow a discount for the guests of the San Francisco. They say they normally charge €30 and will allow guests... more

Should have written this review, ages ago. The hotel is excellent, friendly staff, breakfast was OK and the location ideal. Only small drawback was the late-night caberet from the piano bars over the road. Rooms were clean and modern and were typical of continental hotels, in size. Recommended. more
