- Official Description (provided by the hotel):
-
Our B & B is located between the sea front in Viareggio and the Parco Pineta di Ponente. Its fantastic location means that in two steps to the beach (50 meters) and the 'Passeggiata': the waterfront where there are boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Equally close is the Pineta Park, an oasis of green and local entertainment for adults and children (tennis, miniature golf, rides, horses, dancing, bowling alleys, restaurants and bicycles). Currently the property is being renovated and will be ready to welcome from June. You will find the new rooms, a plant heating / cooling with solar panels, comfortable and bright and also a special focus on organic and local foods. The building that houses the B & B is a 2 story building from the early 30's of 900 and has 6 bedrooms, each with private bathroom and is equipped with a lift. On the ground floor and two bedrooms is the large common room where you can have breakfast every morning from 8.00 to 9.30. The hall is also a library for guests, TV, internet station and games for all ages. On the first floor are 4 bedrooms: two of them look onto Via Vespucci and have a beautiful terrace looking out across the promenade, the sea and the Apuan Alps. The other two overlook the courtyard and have a terrace each. The B & B is family run. For this and the limited number of rooms, the customer will result in a more comprehensive, taking into account all their needs with professionalism and courtesy. We like to impress the commercial policy of the B & B at affordable prices without sacrificing comfort, health and safety. In particular, we offer special services devoted to families traveling with children, because we too have a child of 2 years, we know how important it is to be welcomed into a structure suitable for children. A curiosity: the Arsella is a dialect word, Liguria and Tuscany, to indicate a bivalve mollusk that lives in and is very tasty and clean shallow waters of our coast.
