We booked this hotel after reading the reviews on here. I can't really find a fault with this place, the hospitality is great, always a welcome smile and greeting and the rooms clean and spacious. We had a side partial seaview room which was large and well appointed, we were very happy with it. Breakfast was superb, freshly squeezed Orange... More

It was a positive and professional holding from we arrived till departure. If there was anything we asked for they were there immediately and with a positive attitude. Good restaurants inside the hotel and we had a very good room on 1st flr.

We recently stayed at this very splendid hotel.Unfortunately we had not realised that the 'season' in Viareggio does not begin until 1st May and this included the hotel!.We were disappointed not to have enjoyed the Michelin star restaurant ( not open) or the pool bar or the beach facilities ( similarly not open). The rooftop pool is spectacular but unervingly shallow... Truly a spectacular hotel in every sense! We stayed in the corner suite on the top floor, facing the ocean. The view was incredible. The room was very large and decorated beautifully. The bathroom was very large as well with a gorgeous and huge marble tub. The food in the restaurant was wonderful and the breakfast buffet is not to... More

we spent 4 nights at the Piemonte and it was fantastic. The room was lovely with a view over the front beach. The swimming pool on the roof is amazing. Staff are very friendly but service can be a bit slow sometimes. Overall a great hotel to stay in.

Excellent luxury hotel, great staff and service. The private beach was full most days so we were put onto another private beach that the hotel had recently bought. Although a little walk away the service here was excellent also and felt very pleasant all day. The breakfast was excellent every day with plenty of varied choice. Service throughout the hotel... I happened to be invited to an off-season party at Forte dei Marmi in Versilia and therefore had to book an overnight hotel in the area. What a surprise to see that good old Principe di Piemonte was open for business at affordable prices. The long history of the hotel dates back to the early 1900 when the Art Deco... More
