We had a double sea view room with a very comfortable large bed, top quality bedding, plentiful supply of lovely toiletries and a balcony with two chairs and a table to sit and enjoy the beautiful view (and the sunrise if you are an early riser!) The junior suites are larger and have their own small gardens and rooftop terraces. Housekeeping staff provided an excellent service. Air conditioning only activates at 23° and it is impossible to lower the temperature. We would have preferred a lower setting as we prefer a cooler room. Bathroom light motion sensor is located too near the door so when light goes off it can’t be reactivated from the far side of the bathroom. This is irritating but only a minor point. The hotel is in a lovely peaceful beach setting with a good and reasonably priced beach bar open until 7pm. We thought the sunbed lawn above the beach would be better without the hedge as this blocks view of and breeze from the sea - although our sunbeds (room 18) had the best location with a view and a breeze, so we were very happy! Beach shoes definitely needed on the pebbly beach, although it is quite a steep incline into the sea. Not a problem for most people, but we only swam in the sea once and preferred the small but fabulous jacuzzi swimming pool! Excellent breakfast buffet with eggs prepared fresh to order and particularly good omelettes. Restaurant food is superb and dinner includes a welcome glass of prosecco and a small savoury appetiser. We ate here twice and thoroughly enjoyed both meals. Highly recommended. Ask the staff to book a table for lunch at Trabocco Cungarelle. If you don't want to drive it is possible to walk along the green cycle/pedestrian path along the coast from the hotel (about 3 km each way). There are only four taxis in Vasto, so make sure you ask the hotel to book a taxi in advance both ways if you want to eat dinner in the town and don't want to drive. If you are flying from Pescara airport it is worth knowing that there is an excellent restaurant on the first floor of the airport. The hotel is quite difficult to find and we kept missing the small turning. There is a small sign on the opposite side of the road, but signs on both sides would help in locating it.

We stayed here for 5 days and loved every minute of it. The room was beautifully decorated with a rooftop terrace that was perfect for wine and ocean views in the evening. Augustus and Valeria were very kind, patient, and caring doing whatever it took to meet our needs.. Food, drinks and service at the hotel restaurant were all wonderful for both dinner and breakfast. The location is perfect for touring Vasto and for winetasting at the Fonte Fico winery and shoppping in the area. Our weather was fabulous for the most part and floating in the Adriatic on one of the rafts provided was sublime. The drinks and lunch at the pool/bar and grill were great. We also enjoyed the fact that each room has 2 chaises with umbrella designated for it so there are no worries about getting a chair to sunbathe in. We absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the area. I will concede that it is a bit difficult to find, but once you do, it is so worth it. Hoping to return someday soon. Grazie por Tutto.

We arrived at Baia Delphis and were blown away!! They were waiting for us with golf buggy to take the luggage from the car directly to our room. The resort is stepped into the hill and is stunning. Our room, a junior suite, was gorgeous, lovely size with a fab bathroom. We had a little garden plus a roof terrace which had a fabulous double chair to sit and watch the ocean! Lunch was freshly prepared, grilled fish and salad The beach is shingle, the sea is gorgeous there are large cushions that you could either lie on beach or float in sea. Dinner was amazing, on the terrace with a stunning outlook and excellent faultless service Breakfast was also very good This hotel is hidden away and is a worth a visit if you need a place to stop! We will definitely be returning.

We (unfortunately) only spent one night here driving from Rome to Puglia. We were upgraded to one of the 15 (or so) casitas. The casita has a small, private garden as well as its own rooftop patio with a sea view. Every one who works at this hotel was not only friendly, but couldn’t do enough for us! From check-in, to driving us to the casita in the golf cart, to check out, the attention we received could not have been better. The landscaping is beautiful. Unfortunately the weather was a bit cool and drizzling, but we enjoyed wine on their covered deck overlooking the Adriatic. The bathroom had all the amenities needed. My only complaint is that it was a little difficult to find and once found, you follow a narrow road (hopefully another car is not approaching!) to this intimate, beautiful resort.

This place is great! I stayed here last year in August, 2018 and just booked it again for August, 2019. This place is definitely worthy of a visit if you want beautiful surroundings, peaceful ambience, and to relax. The staff were wonderful, attentive, and just super helpful. Ask them for help making trip reservations for you! They made us a reservation at a local vineyard for my birthday - we had a great wine tasting and lunch! They also won’t mind meeting you at a local gas station at Midnight after you’ve been traveling forever and just can’t figure out where the hotel is! As for the resort itself, it’s fantastic. You are by the water and away from the hustle of Vasto Marina and Vasto Citta. But yet you are so close to both of them. This is a place you come to when you want to relax and unwind. Great for adults or families. We traveled with my family the first time here. Returning with a smaller group this time. To be clear this isn’t the St. Regis but that’s not what you are coming here for. I stayed in a single room in the main building. My family stayed in both a 2 person villa and a family sized villa. Both villas had rooftop areas and a little garden in front. That’s why you stay here. Also, be sure to get a bottle of wine and have a drink on the roof of your villa and enjoy the view of the Adriatic. The picture is from sunrise the day we left in August 2018.

My wife and I generally enjoyed our three nights at this resort however a few aspects were disappointing. Unlike other reviewers we had no trouble locating the resort although the narrow entry tunnel (refer to the image) is somewhat of a challenge and not for the faint hearted especially in a full size vehicle! Check in led by Agostino was seamless and informative - I was very impressed that after passing the security gate an always friendly and helpful Valero in a golf buggy immediately greeted us and assisted with our bags straight from our car and directed us to the nearby reception entry. Within moments of arrival, we were then transported to our room where our luggage was already waiting. The Villa/room being a junior suite was immaculately presented and reasonably spacious and included a small sheltered garden area and fabulous rooftop terrace. We were however disappointed with the modest small bathroom and micro sized shower as well as the absence in the room of bathrobes and a coffee machine or even a kettle. The facilities and public areas are beautifully maintained notably the garden although the pool was ridiculously cold and would be enhanced by some heating. Breakfast was a delight both in presentation and variety and includes eggs (any way) by order at no additional cost. The quality of the food and superb service especially by Giuseppe and Nicola was again excellent at dinner. By far my biggest gripe was the absence of any real wifi - although very intermittently available at no cost it rarely worked and the only way I was able to address emails etc was sitting near reception where it generally worked - but never in the room! In short the resort has a great service oriented and very happy team and structure but to move up to something really special need to fix the wifi, supply rooms with bathrobes & coffee machines and heat the pool!

My husband and I decided on a quick visit(2nights) to this wonderful hotel to recharge our own batteries after 3 weeks on a trip through Malta and Italy, with another week to go. What a great idea!!! We found the hotel very easily with my google maps. The road is narrow, but we passed very easily with a big SUV. An exciting drive. Once there, you feel like you are alone on an island. The room was beautiful, blue, white and cool with an amazing view. The staff was so friendly, all of them! Special thanks to Barbara and her beach lunches! We enjoyed every second there, had all our meals there and loved everything. The food prices are also reasonable. Thanks for a lovely two days! The only problem we encountered was the minute shower! Wow! You can’t turn!!😁 Would love to return some day

Wonderful time spent at the Baia Resort, staff attentive from the minute we arrived. The boutique hotel is in a cove , with a little private beach. Our junior suite was well organised with a little garden area and a wonderful roof top area for chilling, with comfortable relaxing sofa pods, great for sundowners. We ate at the hotel restaurant with an outside roof top view of the sea. Food was scrummy , having the fish anti pasta, followed by the catch of the day and tuna, all excellent. Our two waiters, were so attentive, they could not have done more , fully attentive yet ensuring our privacy. We will definitely be booking here again.

Very good villa-like resort, relatively small in terms of capacity at a relatively large well taken care of territory so therefore not at all crowded even at full capacity; hidden right at the beach, with outstanding rooms having also the roof area, so great to observe the sea/dask/dawn. Decent swimming pool, excellent restaurant, greatest caring staff across the resort. Sea is great though the shore is stony so some folks wear special shoes for comfort, we managed well without. Bar at the beach with good variety of cocktails, ice cream etc. Along the stay we felt absolute harmony and premium treatment

My husband and I spent two nights at Baia Delphis Resort last week and just wished we could have stayed much longer. We were traveling with our son and his family (3 children) and they felt exactly the same. It was hard to leave such a beautiful spot. We did go into Vasto (very charming) for a little sightseeing but were happy to return to the hotel. The service here was excellent. In fact, Tessitore and his staff went above and beyond to make us all feel welcomed and cared for. We ate at both the beach bar and the restaurant and recommend both for service and quality of food. My husband and I both had linguine with clam sauce the first night and the mixed grilled fish the second night - both meals delicious. We loved relaxing in our chaise lounges with the great drinks (perfect Mojito made by Barbara)from the bar. The breakfasts were wonderful - many choices and eggs cooked to order. The rooms were immaculate and nicely decorated. We did manage to spend some time on our roof top relaxing (and sleeping) in our big chair and enjoying the beautiful views. There also was a small private garden with a small table and chairs accessible from our room. We were blessed with perfect weather so we took full advantage of all the outdoor space that Baia Delphis has to offer. The grounds are just lovely - it is obvious a lot of planning and care has gone into the gardens and landscaping. The children loved the pool on the afternoon we used it. Since we were the only ones swimming it was as if we had our own private space. Even though the beach is rocky we also enjoyed walking along the shore looking at all the different stones. There are bean bag sun beds available if you choose to lie on the beach. There was really not one thing to not love about this resort. As I said, our only regret was not being able to stay here longer.
