Like we've experienced in more privately owned hotels in Italy it looks like the hotel haven't been renewed after the start. Furnishment was out of date. Nice to have an option for a fine airco (plus 5 euro), which is definetely needed, since the rooms are quit warm (seemes to be typical for a lot of hotels). Staff was friendly,... more

We have just returned from a two week trip to Italy. Wonderful trip and fabulous hotels with the exception of Plaza Hotel in Varese.
