As with others, booked through internet, hotel allocated on arrival. Certainly not as bad as it was made out to be. Staff all really helpful. Rooms small, no fridge, loud air-con. Just arrived back on the 1st of August. Be prepared if you are in the original hotel (the oldest part) the rooms are very much in need of a refurb. Pleasant staff and excellent Ingham's reps! Room was small but had pleanty of storage space and fridge (not all rooms have a fridge). The room looked like it had been upgraded recently. We've visited Italy 4 times now (different areas) and have found that all the rooms have tended to be small, the smallest and most expensive was in Venice.... more
