My first experience in an albergo diffuso and stayed for 2 nights. Not distant from the train station. Rooms were charmingly decorated, colourful, spacious and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful when i asked to use their computer for an urgent matter. Breakfast was basic but croissants were amazing. Highly recommended

Staying inside the walled city of Termoli was an absolute delight, despite the fact that we arrived in a snowstorm. The Residenza Sveva is made up of a number of properties all managed by a central reception. Our colourful room overlooked the sea and the harbor, and was within east walking distance of the restaurant, breakfast room, and major attractions... More

Stayed for one night on a business trip before I stayed in a 5 star hotel in Bologna. The 5 star hotel was great but I preferred this. Arrived at the hotel after arriving on a late train, rang the owner who soon appeared. My room was around the corner and situated over a cafe. Up the stairs and there... More

During a road trip through Italy, we made a stop at Termoli. We booked one night at Residenza Sveva, not knowing what to expect. We were let in by Claudio, who gave us a warm Italian welcome. The room that he gave us (room 22) was amazing. In addition to the facilities that you would expect (which were clean, traditional... More

I stayed with my family in this "albergo diffuso" just for 1 night. Each room is located in the old town with particulary refurnishment, different for each room. Breakfast is good with different kind of cakes, drinks. I suggest to insert somthing like scramblded eggs, bacon for an international breakfast. Parking (not private) is located outside of the old town... More

Beautiful spacious room, lovely bathroom, tastefully decorated. We love the idea of the " albergo diffuso" right in the hearth of the historical center. It was a nice change from your typical hotel atmosphere. Michele reception was warm & hospitable, eager to help and to provide informations, special thanks to Laurie at " la la sveva beach club ". We... More

Using sat nav to tour Italy. System tried to take us to the little square where the residence is located however visitors cars are not permitted. That however adds to the ambience of the place. It's quiet and lovely. Accommodation and breakfast were both very good. We had our evening meal in the main town - mistake! There are a... More

We initially had some difficulty finding the old town square by car but eventually succeeded and parked outside a cafe / bar with Residenza Sveva on the wall outside . Thank goodness ! However, we were in the wrong place but some local boys helped us and led us to the hotel reception. We were met by Michele who was... More

We stayed at this B and B for one night and were pleasantly surprised. It is located in the Piazza Duomo square, perfect spot for a quiet, romantic experience. The room we stayed in felt like a cave - very quiet and clean. The brick ceiling imaginative to the earlier times. Paolo was helpful to get our internet connected and... More

My husband and I stayed at Residenza Sveva in May 2014. We had 3 days exploring the old fort and town centre of Termoli. We were there before the season began, so really enjoyed that we were almost the only tourists in town and we enjoyed some beautiful meals in the local restaurants. Our accommodation had a wonderful outlook with... More
