The rooms are new and very comfortable, actually small apartments (great for families), there is a nice terrace with a glimpse of strombolicchio, but overall I was not crazy about the atmosphere in this shady hotel. There are better and cheaper places around, maybe farther from the port. You get breakfast in the Ingrid bar (same owner) wichi is about... More

We spent two nights here at the end of April. The room was fairly expensive (€75/night) and the photos looked lovely so we were expecting great things but were a little disappointed. The reception staff were helpful with excellent English. The grounds of the B&B were lovely and well maintained, but the room let the place down. It was dark... More

An easy walk from the port, the room was large and had a nice terrace upstairs with sun loungers views of both the sea and Stromboli. There's decent, free wifi in reception. Breakfast at Ingrid's cafe was pleasant (freshly squeezed orange - most other hotels we stayed at in Sicily had unpleasant fake juice - a cappuccino and pastry). I'm... More

We booked at the last minute and Pedra was the only place which had a room big enough for us available. The lady with whom we booked was very nice and allowed us to put 4 people (including 2 small children) into a triple. Even so, this place was disappointing: they could not pick us up from the ferry because... More

The B&B Pedra wil be our first choice when we come back to Stromboli. Wonderful spacious rooms, very tasteful furnished. Our room included a small kitchen, so that we could prepare small lunches or dinners. The terrace is a must see with its direct sea view to Strombolicchio. Very nice to spend an afternoon on. The staff is very friendly... More

The property was very nicely furnished with kind of countryside feel in the room, which I loved. Very clean bathroom, with shaving creams, shampoos, razors - very convenient for ladies. Nice terrace with swinging chairs. The breakfast was served outside of the hotel in a restaurant just next to the church and we could choose what we wanted from croissants,... More

Our time at the Pedra Residence was very pleasant. Our studio was nicely furnished, very large and had a separate well-equipped kitchenette & a bigger than average bathroom. The star turn, however, was the private terrace which was very roomy and came complete with two sun loungers, a patio table & chairs and a rocking chair. There were sea views... More

With a rooftop terrace with views of the Med one way and Stromboli the other this was the perfect retreat for me. Just 5 minutes walk from the start of the Stromboli trek and daily breakfast at Ingrid Retrivo, friendly helpful reception.

The location and view are tremendous. A taxi can be hired for 10 euros that will bring you from the dock to the residence. The room was fine. There is no wi-fi, but realize that Stromboli is a long way from the real world (which is, in many ways, a plus).
