Beautiful hotel directly across the street to the beach, which has fine black volcanic sand. Our room was ok, but the view from our balcony was great. We had a big area for ourselves with chairs and table and great view to the ocean. Breakfast was good as well, great fruit. I can fully support the positive feedback here on... More

The hotel Miramare is a great place to stay on the Island. We were met off the ferry by Franco who brought us and our luggage to the hotel. We had a great view of the Ficogrande - a black sandy beach right in front of the hotel. At breakfast the first day, the hotel didn't have much in the... More

We were picked up on arrival from the port by hotel buggy (all the vehicles here were electric golf cart style including the taxi and the carabinieri!!) Room was basic but nice and we could also sit out on the wide shared balcony. Very helpful & friendly people including Liliana who answered all my questions (in english) by email before... More

In my opinion it is only a 2 star facility hotel, but I really liked it. It is run by 2 sisters who are so friendly and helpful, though their English is a bit limited. Our room was relatively Spartan but clean and comfortable, and a good bathroom. There was a semi-private balcony area overlooking the sea, black sand beach... More

This a beautiful hotel right on the beach. Fabulous views from all the rooms. My only problem was I didn't longer. I can' t wait to return. The room was very plain but comfortable with a good air conditioner. The terrace was comfortable with table and chairs. The host were very sweet and welcoming.we had a very early ferry and... More

I stayed at this lovely hotel in June, when I was undertaking a volcano discovery trip on my own. I reserved a room by email (which was very easy). When I arrived on the island, I was met at the ferry with a golf cart and then greeted at the hotel as if I was an old friend. I was... More

Miramare: the name of the hotel is program. From the terrace and the room you have a breathtaking view on the ocean, island Strombolicchio and the black beach. And: Lying in your bed you can listen to the rolling ocean. The rooms are quite simple, nothing special, but what do you need more when you have the unique panoramic view.... More

Choosing to spend 3 nights on Stromboli for my 40th birthday was the best holiday decision I have ever made. From the minute the tuktuk picked us up (all included) at Stromboli port I knew it was going to being the relaxing adventure I had always yearned for. Excellent service from the minute we stepped onto the island to the... More

We had a great stay here. The hotel was right on the beach and perfect view of the volcano erupting (one night but was exciting) we styled in room c which was at the bottom of stairs so it can get a little loud at night with people walking past but still great location and room. Very clean, breakfast simple... More

The location is excellent, right on the beach. We enjoyed having a drink on the balcony at sunset. Breakfast and transportation to and from the port are included. The room itself is fine, nothing fancy. We had two single beds put together instead of a double bed. Overall there might be a better room for the price, but it would... More
