It was a great stay and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious and clean and my husband and I felt very comfortable. Great location and charming. Easy walk to all the sites! Important to note that the streets leading up to the hotel are very very narrow and windy (and old and charming). There are... More

Had a lovely time spent here as part of a fantastic Umbria in Tour food and wine tour for a week. Quaint streets, good restaurants in close walking distance and a pretty garden to welcome you home every day. Had breakfast outdoors every morning and the homemade pastries, fresh crisp air and pretty views were unforgettable.

During a visit to Spoleto several years ago, a friend and I stumbled upon and were enchanted by views from the beautiful garden area of Palazzo Leti, so when my husband and I were planning our anniversary trip to Italy I knew I wanted to stay there. We could not have made a better choice. Our lovely room was quite... More

We stayed in Plazzo Leti Hotel for almost a week. The place is excellent. The view from every room is breathtaking, the rooms are specious, old style decorated, and very clean. Laura and Jam Carlo, the owners and operators, are great and hospitality is outstanding. Also the front garden with its outstanding view welcomes you and it was always good... More

The approach to the front entrance was a short walk through a formal garden, such as one would find in any palace gardens. Then a big patio, with inviting chairs and tables for enjoying the outdoors. This hotel was converted from a mini palace. I would call this an intimate hotel. There is all the modern amenities, in an elegant... More

We spent three nights here. The location above the main square is quiet with lovely gardens and views. It's a short walk down to the village and its restaurants or up to the fort. The rooms are large, lovingly furnished with antiques, and the English owners very attentive and friendly with lots of helpful suggestions if asked - or discreetly... More

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in September 2014. We had booked a standard room and were offered a superior room, for what seemed like a reasonable extra charge, and we took it as we were staying for the 4 nights. It was spacious and comfortable with views over the valley to Monteluco. We had no problems using... More

Yes while the gardens are lovely you really can only enjoy them from some patio furniture and not lounge chairs. The felling was not user friendly but rather keep off the grass. The garden has a beautiful view of Umbrian hills but most rooms have no view. The owners were reserved but nice and gave great restaurant recommendations. The palazzo... More

I stayed in Palazzo Leti for one night on October 26, 2013. Overall Palazzo Leti proved to be a very good hotel, it met my expectations for a hotel of character, charm and tranquility. My room #403 was spacious, with under-roof high ceiling with open beams and a splendid view from the window. I was glad to discover the mosquito... More

We spent 2 lovely nights in this lovely Umbrian village and this hotel was the perfect place to sit and gaze at the beautiful countryside. In a good spot for walking and exploring they gave us excellent advice for dining the 2 nights we were there (backed up by trip advisor) and the outside breakfast dining is a lovely experience....
