My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in September 2014. We had booked a standard room and were offered a superior room, for what seemed like a reasonable extra charge, and we took it as we were staying for the 4 nights. It was spacious and comfortable with views over the valley to Monteluco. We had no problems using... More

Yes while the gardens are lovely you really can only enjoy them from some patio furniture and not lounge chairs. The felling was not user friendly but rather keep off the grass. The garden has a beautiful view of Umbrian hills but most rooms have no view. The owners were reserved but nice and gave great restaurant recommendations. The palazzo... More

I stayed in Palazzo Leti for one night on October 26, 2013. Overall Palazzo Leti proved to be a very good hotel, it met my expectations for a hotel of character, charm and tranquility. My room #403 was spacious, with under-roof high ceiling with open beams and a splendid view from the window. I was glad to discover the mosquito... More

We spent 2 lovely nights in this lovely Umbrian village and this hotel was the perfect place to sit and gaze at the beautiful countryside. In a good spot for walking and exploring they gave us excellent advice for dining the 2 nights we were there (backed up by trip advisor) and the outside breakfast dining is a lovely experience.... We stayed only one night at this familyrun hotel/Palazzo. A very old building with a nice view of the countryside. Our room was very nice and quiet. A/C did not work when we came back from dinner but no problem 2 min later the owner came and did his magic and room started to cool off. A bit hard to... More

When my Dear friend approached me with an invitation to visit this wonderful area and the opportunity to stay at this exquisite hotel I jumped at the chance, the purpose of the visit was to attend to a lovely Anglo-German clock which had not worked for a number of years,it proudly stands in the entrance of the Palazzo Leti The Hotel... Enter a stunning terrace with fountains and pathways, turn right to the palazzo and enter a centuries-old structure completely but carefully renovated. 11 rooms, hand-painted designs, massive beams, dark green tiles in the bathroom. Only drawback is nearness to the highway, as noise carries everywhere in cheek-by-jowl Spoleto. A family-owned residence, in which they also live, which adds to the... More

This property has been beautifully restored and everything is of the highest quality.. the decor, the linen to the best croissants I have eaten. The garden with its splendid view is a delightful place to enjoy breakfast, a glass of wine later in the day and an opportunity to meet other guests. The owners are always there to assist with... This small hotel near the very top of Spoleto is a renovated (2ooo) palazzo with beautiful rooms, a graceful and charming outdoor garden with a fountain, and an adjacent outdoor terrace with stunning views of the citiadel above, the mountains in the distance, and forests and monasteries lining the near-distant hillsides. The owner is gracious and warm and lives at... More

Stayed two nights here and it was charming. The family obviously take great pride in maintaining the hotel to a high standard. The garden is pretty and a lovely place to sit under the umbrellas with a stunning view over the hills. Didn't notice any animal urine smells as reported by another reviewer. They were very welcoming and helpful with... More
